These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sloop platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Access is provisioned by your workspace administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
• Only connect advertising, messaging or lead sources that you are authorised to access, and obtain any consents required to process the personal data you bring into the Service.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers put into the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of, and your right to use, that data.

Third-party integrations

The Service can connect to third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google and WhatsApp). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is not guaranteed by us.

Availability & warranties

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sloop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
